Does my customer need a Google account?
Yes to leave a review. Most smartphones already have a Google account via Gmail, YouTube or Maps — so the login step is usually transparent.
Does it work with every phone?
Every iPhone since 2018 (XS onwards) and most Android phones since 2017. For older devices, the printed QR code works with any camera app.
Does the NFC chip store customer data?
